About Me
Hi, my name is Tina Praino, and I am a seasoned Executive Leadership and Employee Engagement Coach.
Since the early 2000s, I’ve been helping world-class organizations create workplaces where employees feel valued, motivated, and empowered—long before “employee engagement” became a buzzword. My passion has always been turning workplace culture into a competitive advantage, helping leaders inspire teams, boost productivity, and drive real results.
After years of successful performance as a multi-unit manager and then as an operations executive, I applied my expertise in leadership and workplace culture to launch my own consulting business. Since founding Engaging Retail in 2011, I have been dedicated to helping business owners and thought leaders create dynamic, engaging environments. My passion for driving meaningful change led me to expand my focus, and in 2023, I rebranded as Engaging Leadership Strategies. This evolution reflects a broader suite of executive leadership coaching services, designed to empower leaders across diverse industries to navigate challenges, inspire teams, and drive lasting success.
